Our rates are subject to annual increases, please contact us directly to find out our rates for this year. Clients attending sessions in-person and online are expected to pay for each session by the time of their session. Payments can be made by EFT or debit/credit card. Most major credit cards are accepted, except for American Express. 

We are contracted in with most major medical aids. However, please contact us to find out if we are contracted in with your particular medical aid before your first session. If we are not contracted in with your particular medical aid, we request that you make payment upfront and then we will provide you with an invoice that you can use to claim back from your medical aid.

Medical aid claims are submitted at the medical aid rate. Please note that different medical aids vary with their charges and sessions are mostly funded by your medical aid via your savings. Thus, it is important to first liaise with your medical aid and find out if there are sufficient funds available for this service.
